eLearning Design Services
eLearning is a powerful tool to create self-paced learning for individual growth. It really does help check boxes for some business needs, but we like to think of those as opportunities for culture add. Strategically built eLearning can easily be integrated into communication plans, reminder training, and remediation plans. We use all of the standard development tools and often use HTML microsites to house and deliver a curriculum.

Virtual Training
There is something personal and focused when learning as part of a class, whether in-person or virtually. You can ask questions, you can interact with your peers, and above all, really have a deep engagement with the material. Where classroom training fails is when you leave the classroom. We specialize in creating learning ecosystems delivering content in a relevant and timely manner, and then repeats in context and intervals to allow the learner to continue to engage with the classroom content--outside of the classroom, where it matters. The learning becomes sticky as we bring it into daily life.
